We are a fast-growing insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and the potential for full-time based on performance. Responsibilities:
- Use JazzHR to create and optimize job postings, analyzing performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Proactively source and screen candidates through phone pre-screening.
- Conduct first-round interviews and determine candidate suitability.
- Forward qualified candidates to the final interview with leadership.
- Maintain organized records of applicants and track recruitment metrics.
- Assist with light administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting (insurance or sales industry preferred).
- Strong administrative skills and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with JazzHR (or similar ATS) is a plus.
- Excellent phone communication and ability to assess candidates quickly.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Available until 7 PM at least twice a week for interviews.
