About Us:

We are a fast-growing insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and the potential for full-time based on performance. If you have a background in recruiting and administrative work, are results-driven, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Use JazzHR to create and optimize job postings, analyzing performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates through phone pre-screening.
  • Conduct first-round interviews and determine candidate suitability.
  • Forward qualified candidates to the final interview with leadership.
  • Maintain organized records of applicants and track recruitment metrics.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruiting (insurance or sales industry preferred).
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with JazzHR (or similar ATS) is a plus.
  • Excellent phone communication and ability to assess candidates quickly.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Available until 7 PM at least twice a week for interviews.
